  • Medical/Surgical 8th Floor - 12 hr NOCS - ThedaCare Appleton - Appleton, WI
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 36
  • Shift Requirements: 12hr NOCs
  • Start time: 530p
  • Weekend: Every other
  • Holiday Requirements: As needed
  • Float Requirements: Throughout facility within skillset
  • Minimum Experience Required: 3+ years experience as an RN REQUIRED
  • Travel experience - highly preferred
  • Charting Experience: EPIC experience within the last 2 years REQUIRED
  • Scrub Colors: Black
  • Primary Cases: CHF, COPD, pneumonia, sepsis, CIWA, cellulitis - Potential for Wound management, pulmonary interventions, neuro checks, chest tubes, cardiac dysrhythmias, stable drips
  • Patient Ratio: Days 1:4-5; Nights 1:4-6 (current), Days & Nights 1:5-6 (with new staffing model- team with CNA/LPN)

      • **any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence

          • GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
