Job Description:

We are seeking a Clinical Nurse Preceptor to join our team at Heartland Hospice. In this role, you will provide guidance and support to new hire clinicians during hospice visits, ensuring their competence and adherence to clinical policies and procedures.

Facilitate the learning experience for new nurses through mentoring and coaching
Conduct patient home visits as per physicians' orders
Orient new nurses to hospice clinical policies, documentation, and regulatory requirements Requirements:
- Current CPR certification
- Minimum 2 years' clinical experience
- Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
