Overview:As a provider, advocate, and educator, you have an integral role in helping patients achieve their best oral health. While you're supporting patients, we'll be honoring your education and supporting you with complimentary CEs, a community of dental hygienists who connect regularly to discuss dental trends and best practices, competitive benefits, and the ability to support dental care access globally through our Smiles for Everyone Foundation.Schedule (days/hours): Monday 7:30-5pm Tuesday 7:30-5pm Wednesday 7:00-4pm Thursday 7-4pm Friday-7-12pm (Occasional) Responsibilities:Provide dental prophylaxis and periodontal treatmentsScreen patients periodontal healthEducate patients on proper oral hygiene techniquesPerform oral cancer screeningsScreen for individual needs including malocclusion and educate patients about potential impactsDeliver exceptional patient care and create a welcoming environment for all patients in alignment with our G3 model (Greeting, Guiding, Gratitude)Promote a Safe Smile Space (S3) for everyone, where safety and inclusion are paramountQualifications:Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!)A current CPR certificationCompensation: $35.00 per hour-$43.00 hour plus uncapped commission About:Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (PTO), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
