Aspirus Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Hospice team in Upper Michigan and throughout Northern Wisconsin----FTE: 0.6 - 1.0Location: Upper Michigan and Northern WisconsinJOB DESCRIPTION:

• Monday - Friday 8:00a - 4:30p
• Outpatient; telehealth and home/nursing home visits
  • Time is split between in-person visits and telehealth.--
    • Flexibility with scheduling to maintain a work life balance
    • No call, weekends, or holidays
    • Ability to provide whole person care with many local resources including social worker, chaplain, music therapy, pet therapy, aroma therapy, etc.
    • Enjoy growing with our highly collaborative hospice team
    • Coverage primarily in the UP and Northern WI, with occasional Central WI telehealth coverage to cover PTO/leaves etc.
