The RoleWith a focus on our Core Values of Integrity, Internally Driven, Fun and Respect, the Recruitment Training and Development Liaison is a specialist responsible for increasing the recruitment division's productivity by teaching new skills and knowledge to employees within a particular business segment.What You'll Be DoingCollaborate to identify development and training opportunities within Recruitment departmentSupport and Mentor New Hires by conducting routine check ins to obtain feedback, identify, and resolve training gaps.Training for all new hires will be conducted quarterly and include:Education of Travel Nursing Industry and establish best practicesDevelop, schedule, and conduct routine workshops in addition to individual training sessions as neededPrepare SOP, Module summaries, videos, webinars, lunch and learns for ongoing training and developmentHigh Velocity sales training on standardized processes across all TotalMed Travel Nursing branchesCreate SOPs to support High Velocity Sales program and standardized processesSuper user for all Technology tools including Trailhead, Lightening, New Dialer, etc.Develop and conduct training for all Technology tools including Trailhead, Lightening, New Dialer, etc.Maintain Recruiter status and accountability by managing own recruitment desk.Demonstrate commitment and behavior aligned with the philosophy, mission, values, and vision of the company.Performs other duties as assignedGreat Things to HaveExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong competitive, goal-oriented natureAbility to meet and/or exceed performance standards in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.What We Look ForHigh School Diploma or equivalentBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar study is preferredPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 20 lbs. as necessary.Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time.Occasionally move throughout office environment.Continually observe information/data both on paper and electronically at a close range/distance.Continually operate computer and other electronic office equipment.The Company does not discriminate, in accordance with applicable local, state and federal law, against any qualified employee or applicant for reasons of race, color, creed, religion, age, marital status, veteran's status, nation origin, ancestry, citizenship, physical or mental disability, sex, sexual orientation, arrest record, conviction record, membership in the national guard, state defense force or any other reserve component of the military forces of the United States or this State, use or nonuse of lawful products off the Company's premises during nonworking hours or other protected status as legally required, where the Company does business.EducationRequiredHigh School or Equivalent or betterPreferredBachelors or better in Business Administration or related fieldEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
