Job Description:
The RoleWith a focus on our Core Values of Integrity, Internally
Driven, Fun and Respect, the Recruitment Training and Development
Liaison is a specialist responsible for increasing the recruitment
division's productivity by teaching new skills and knowledge to
employees within a particular business segment.What You'll Be
DoingCollaborate to identify development and training opportunities
within Recruitment departmentSupport and Mentor New Hires by
conducting routine check ins to obtain feedback, identify, and
resolve training gaps.Training for all new hires will be conducted
quarterly and include:Education of Travel Nursing Industry and
establish best practicesDevelop, schedule, and conduct routine
workshops in addition to individual training sessions as
neededPrepare SOP, Module summaries, videos, webinars, lunch and
learns for ongoing training and developmentHigh Velocity sales
training on standardized processes across all TotalMed Travel
Nursing branchesCreate SOPs to support High Velocity Sales program
and standardized processesSuper user for all Technology tools
including Trailhead, Lightening, New Dialer, etc.Develop and
conduct training for all Technology tools including Trailhead,
Lightening, New Dialer, etc.Maintain Recruiter status and
accountability by managing own recruitment desk.Demonstrate
commitment and behavior aligned with the philosophy, mission,
values, and vision of the company.Performs other duties as

up to 20 lbs. as necessary.Must be able to remain in a stationary
position at least 50% of the time.Occasionally move throughout
office environment.Continually observe information/data both on
paper and electronically at a close range/distance.Continually
operate computer and other electronic office equipment.The Company
