Job Description:

JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Residential Project Manager will be responsible for interacting with customers, Customer Service Reps, daily walk-ins, phone calls and emails. They will ensure estimates are generated and distributed to customers in a timely fashion and coordinate jobs and workflow with attention to detail to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. They will assist in training and mentoring colleagues and be an example of all Tri City Glass and Door Core Values. Essential Duties and Responsibilities will include the following: Listen to the customer to help identify the needs and wants to best match products to the customer. Assist in the design and layout of residential products such as screen porches, railings, shower doors, patio doors, windows and entry doors, glass, and mirrors. Assist Senior Customer Service Representative in training, mentoring, and supporting all Residential Customer Service team members. Process measurements taken in the field to ensure accurate quotes and proposals are created and delivered to Customer Service Representatives in a timely manner. Visit jobsites or other venues to gather essential information, as needed. Submit accurate purchase orders to vendors and assist the Senior Customer Service Representatives in verification of PO\'s generated by the customer service team for accuracy. Assist and create drawings and renderings when necessary. Maintain professional knowledge and relationships with existing vendors. Continuous education on new products. Communicate with Customer Service, Project Managers, Installers, and warehouse personnel to ensure project preparation and completion according to plans and proposals in a timely manner. Communicate with leadership team on standard operating procedures and improvements for department. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous background in blueprint reading and scheduling, plus. Knowledge of residential construction, specifically door and window applications, required. Excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Ability to work well in teams. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and problem-solve. Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools. Must be able to accurately read a tape measure and do shop math. Ability to regularly lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
