Maintenance Technician Position Overview The Maintenance Technician
is responsible for ensuring that all machinery and equipment are in
optimal working condition. This role involves performing regular
maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs to
minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency. Key
Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance on machinery and
equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and diagnose
mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with equipment.
Conduct machine assembly and installation as required. Repair and
replace defective parts and components in machinery. Fabricate
sheet metal components to support maintenance and repair
activities. Maintain accurate maintenance records and
documentation. Collaborate with other team members to improve
maintenance processes and procedures. Adhere to safety protocols
and standards while performing maintenance tasks. Qualifications
Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of electrical equipment and systems. Experience
with machine assembly, installation, and repair. Familiarity with
troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems. Understanding of
hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Ability to read technical diagrams
and schematics. Experience in fabricating sheet metal components is
a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. -
