Contract to Direct Are you a motivated Architectural Designer looking for your next opportunity? This role involves analyzing construction documents for building code compliance and creating design drawings for our clients' customers and sales teams. Occasional travel to job sites will enhance your understanding of design requests and strengthen client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Develop accurate technical layout drawings based on customer orders. Review building plans and material specifications to ensure compliance with local building codes. Collaborate with designers, framers, and architects to address and resolve any design or material discrepancies. Qualifications: Associate Degree in Architecture or equivalent experience. A desire to learn and apply knowledge daily. At least 2 years of experience in the construction or building materials industry is preferred. Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Strong technical writing skills. Solid mathematical skills, including understanding fractions, percentages, and ratios/proportions.
