Kleen Test has an immediate opening for an intern in our Finance department. The Finance intern will use customer web portals, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, email and our ERP system to complete the following tasks:Research deduction advanced emails and deductions at point of paymentIssue credit memos for deductionsTroubleshoot deduction and shipment issuesManage master deduction spreadsheetLearn and manage vendor portals to download deduction informationCommission calculationsCreate a master database of all customer's portal information on deductions, contacts and contract termsTrack and review freight and warehousing invoicesWhy choose an internship at KTP?At Kleen Test Products, we are committed to growth and development of our associates. Internships may lead to an offer of full-time employment as business needs evolve.This position is a part-time internship, with 15-20 hours available per week.Our office hours are between 8:00am to 5:00pm.This position is onsite at our corporate headquarters in Port Washington, WI 53074.The position is available immediately.RequirementsThe ideal candidate for this role will be working toward a 4-year degree in Finance or Accounting.In order to be successful in this role, candidates should possess:Above average Excel skillsProven attention to detailAbility to analyze data and draw conclusionsExcellent communication skillsPrecision in data entryResourceful work ethic, and ability to work independently in pursuit of solutions to day-to-day issuesBenefitsThis position is not eligible for our traditional benefit offerings.
